1. Application and Acceptance of the Terms

1.1 Your use of EZISHIP.COM services, and products (collectively the as the "Services" hereinafter) is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the Privacy Policy and any other rules and policies of  EZISHIP.COM That may be published by  EZISHIP.COMFrom time to time. This document and such other rules and policies of  EZISHIP.COMAre  collectively referred to below as the “Terms”. By accessing  EZISHIP.COM Or using the Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms. Please do not use the Services or  EZISHIP.COM If you do not accept all of the Terms. 

1.2 You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with  EZISHIP.COM, or (b) you are not permitted to receive any Services under the laws of PR China or other countries / regions including the country / region in which you are resident or from which you use the Services. 

1.3 You acknowledge and agree that  EZISHIP.COM May amend any Terms at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms on EZISHIP.COMBy continuing to use the Services or  EZISHIP.COM, you agree that the amended Terms will apply to you. 


2. Users Generally 

2.1 As a condition of your access to and use of  EZISHIP.COMOr Services, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using  EZISHIP.COM Or Services. 

2.2 You must read  EZISHIP.COM Privacy Policy which governs the protection and use of personal information about Users in the possession of  EZISHIP.COM And our affiliates. You accept the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree to the use of the personal information about you in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 

2.3 You agree not to undertake any action to undermine the integrity of the computer systems or networks of  EZISHIP.COM And/or any other User nor to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks. 

2.4 You agree not to take any advantage in using the information listed on  EZISHIP.COM Or received from any representatives of  EZISHIP.COM In the activities including: setting price levels, or quotations of products and services which are not purchased from  EZISHIP.COM, preparing website contents, writing contract or agreements which are without  EZISHIP.COM Participation. 


3. Products and Prices 

3.1 Since we are continuously developing and upgrading our products and service, any technical, non-technical specification, including but not limited to web pages, reports, images, videos or audios of any of products of  EZISHIP.COM May be altered or completely changed in formats and contents without a prior consultation either online or offline. 

3.2 Prices listed on  EZISHIP.COM Or provided by any representatives of  EZISHIP.COM Are subject to change without a prior notice. 


4. Limitation of Liability 

4.1 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through  EZISHIP.COM Is done at each User's sole discretion and risk and each User is assured responsible for any damage to  EZISHIP.COM Computer system or loss of data that may result from the download of any such material.

4.2 If the parcel was received by our warehouse but unable to trace within 30 days. Our company will not pay more than RM200.00 per ticket (Whichever is lowest). 

* Those parcel received without key into our system after 60 days of receipt, the parcel will be automatically destroyed without any further notice; 

* the price of goods declared by customer during the product order at 
EZISHIP.COM is not the actual price of compensation. The Standard Used AS Compensation; 

* Our company will not responsible for any losses due to delay shipment;

* If the customer falsely reports the goods and value, it will be confiscated or fined by the customs, and the cost is the responsibility of the customer; 

* If the customer chooses the wrong channel and the package is returned, just replenish the difference to Return if; 

* If the customer consigns contraband such as drugs, all legal liabilities are borne by the customer; 

* If the goods are damaged on the way, the customer is responsible for the risks. Fragile products should be reinforced; 

* In the course In transport, the parcel has been transferred by many parties. In the event of theft of the stolen goods, the customer is responsible for the risks;

Customers are advised to purchase insurance for all high value goods. In the event of loss / missing goods, to any part of the interest covered, customers must provide below supporting documents:

i. Original Invoice 
ii. Proof of purchase

Insurance claimed shall not exceed the covered value bears to the value of a new item plus charges for forwarding and refitting, if incurred, but excluding duty unless the full duty is included in the amount covered, in which case loss, if any, sustained by payment of additional duty shall also be recoverable. Provided always that in no case shall the liability exceed the covered value of the complete item.

Whereas, in the case of total loss claim applies, Company has the right NOT to return the total loss claim shipment after claim settlement is completed.

All claim shall be made payable in monetary form or deduction via account outstanding only. Claim should be notified to claim system within 72 hours of incident date. Company reserved the right decline any claim if claim notification beyond such period. 

4.3.  Eziship shall not be liable for any form of indirect loss, consequential damages, other indirect costs, loss of of profits or cost incurred by the delays, damage or loss of content or part of the content in other circumstances regardless of whether Eziship has been advised of the possibility of such damages.. Any Loss occur After Ship out, all compensation per shipment will be based on 5 times freight charges or the total parcel price (or whichever is lower), but subject to a maximum standard claim of not more than RM200.00  (or whichever is lower). All freight charges are not refundable and excluded from the compensation terms.

4.4 Eziship reserves the right to refuse any claim if the complainant is unable to verify or unable to provide sufficient evidence that the damage/lost occurred under Eziship's control.
